The Story

This is where the REAL Self-Contained Guitar fun starts! Over the course of 4 weekly classes, "Create Your Own Arrangements" teaches you how to be a confident, self-reliant guitarist who can construct and execute a solid, tuneful solo guitar arrangement using any song you choose. This engaging class takes a familiar, time-honored melody that is well-known to everyone and puts it through the Self-Contained Guitar paces of arranging by applying these concepts: Melodic Analysis Chord Review & Dissection Introductory Bass Applications Rhythmic Breakdown Fretboard Variations Creative Thinking NOTE - If you are not confident in your music theory aptitude (the major scale & triads, specifically) or if your fingerpicking abilities have got you down, then attending Module 1's "The Crux" and/or "Picking Hand Basics" classes is recommended. - 4 weekly 60 minute classes - includes a digital copy of "The Crux" workbook (over 60 PDFs) - includes video recording of each class for additional viewing and study - maximum10 students - tuition is paid in full, in advance - no refunds for absences once class session begins
